This was our first beach stop, Lanikai, my favorite beach.

The sand is so fine that when it's wet enough you can make sand balls out of it.
we had to make sandmen...
Kelly's sandmen were more free form, such an artist ;)
Some one had a dog that was digging up the crabs and when he was done Allison got to carry the crab around in the bucket.
This was the amount of sand Adam displaced when he dug Allie a little pool to splash in. We had so many sandmen that one had to go on top as a lookout.
Allison used shells to give this sandman a face.
Allie's favorite snack, we had to make her share the bucket of strawberries.
Such fun time with Aunt Kelly!
